Tam our tour guide was amazing ,very helpful and funny man 😀 recommended cozy ha long boat tour . The food on the boat is very very good and lots of servings 2 adult's 2 kids (7yo) Thank you to the team

Cozy Bay cruise was a good cruise with a small group. The staff were really well organized and were very efficient in their role especially our tour guide Mr Tam. He was very polite took good care of the group and had excellent knowledge of the places we visited. The food served on the cruise was good. The cabins were a bit too small but all cabins had a sea view. I had opted for a 1N2D option and was quite satisfied with the service. I will recommend Cozy Bay cruise for small group tours and families as well

We had a fantastic over night tour of Halong Bay with Dong as our wonderful tour guide. Dong was great in his knowledge of the area and explaining everything. We had a great night.

We booked the activity with Tam, the experience is really great, the boat is really nice and the food also. Only one bad thing is the weather but the rest is perfect.

We had a wonderful experience in Halong Bay thanks to our amazing tour guide, Tam Chuc. His clear and informative explanations, combined with his great sense of humor, made the trip truly enjoyable and full of laughter. Everything he shared felt genuine and natural, which helped us feel comfortable and connected throughout the journey. We feel very lucky to have had him as our guide and would love to see him again in the future!
